Do you work directly with insurance companies on storm/hail damage?

Yes, we are able to work directly with virtually any insurance company to make sure you receive the compensation to which you are entitled. We can help ensure no damage has been overlooked, and can step in at any time during the process – even initiating the original claim.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, Timberline is fully licensed, insured, and bonded.

Are you a member of the Better Business Bureau?

Yes, we are a member in good standing of the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes, we would be happy to provide estimates free of charge and obligation.

Do you provide discounts for senior citizens?

Yes, we provide discounts for seniors age 65+.

Do you accept major credit cards?

No, we are not set up to process credit cards for payment of services. In some cases, however, we could arrange for credit card payment of special materials or fixture enhancements (such as window upgrades) that you wish to incorporate into your renovation/remodeling project.

Do you work outside the metro Minneapolis/St. Paul area?

Yes, Timberline is available for projects anywhere in the Upper Midwest.

Do you do anything other than roofing and siding?

Yes. As a general contractor we have experience with many types of renovations, remodeling, and repair. We work with windows, skylights, gutters, and chimneys repair or replacement, and offer a wide range of additional services. If you require a service that isnt listed here, we will be happy to supply you with a reference to a reputable contractor who can meet your needs.
